PracticePlan keeps core planning on your device and makes online account, backup, team, sharing, and subscription features optional.
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Pinnacle Group Ventures, LLC, doing business as RallyOS ("RallyOS," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use PracticePlan or contact us. PracticePlan is a local-first iPhone app. Core practice planning works without an account or network connection. Optional account, backup, team, sharing, subscription, and product analytics features use online services as described below.
Information stored on your device
Practice plans, blocks, drills, notes, library items, preferences, and related content are stored locally on your device using Apple technologies. You can use the core planning features without creating an account. Deleting the app or its device data may remove local information unless it is included in a backup managed by you or Apple.
Account information
If you choose Sign in with Apple, we process the Apple account identifier used for authentication, an email address or Apple private relay address when Apple provides one, your first and last name, and an internal PracticePlan user identifier. Apple controls the information it provides through Sign in with Apple. We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your profile, provide account features, and protect access to your data.
Cloud backup and sharing
When you sign in, PracticePlan may store an encrypted-in-transit copy of your practices, blocks, drills, notes, library items, and their relationships in our Supabase-hosted backend so you can protect and restore your planning data. If you use team sharing, we also process team names, memberships, private invitation-link tokens and status, selected recipients, and read-only snapshots of practices you share. Other team coaches can access only practices explicitly shared with them. Core local planning remains available when you are signed out.
Product analytics
PracticePlan uses PostHog to understand feature usage and improve the app. Analytics may include app opens, sign-in outcomes, paywall and purchase-flow interactions, and summarized actions such as creating, editing, sharing, or deleting a practice or library item. Events use coarse categories and counts rather than the content you enter. PracticePlan does not send practice or team titles, names, email addresses, notes, invitation codes, shared-practice contents, precise dates or times, StoreKit transaction identifiers, raw error messages, or precise location to PostHog. IP addresses are discarded for this project and geolocation enrichment is disabled. Analytics are anonymous before sign-in; after sign-in, events may be associated with the account identifier used by the sharing service. Signing out resets the analytics identity on that device.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes Coach Pro purchases and payment information through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card details. PracticePlan and our backend process product identifiers, App Store transaction identifiers, an app account identifier, subscription status, purchase and expiration dates, and refund or revocation status so we can provide and secure paid features. PracticePlan may record a minimized analytics event describing the selected plan, entry point, and purchase outcome, but does not send StoreKit transaction identifiers to PostHog. Deleting your PracticePlan account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions can be managed through your Apple account.
Support communications
If you email us for support or feedback, we receive your email address and any information, screenshots, or app details you choose to include. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, improve PracticePlan, and maintain appropriate support records.
How we use information
We use information to provide local and cloud features, authenticate accounts, create and manage teams, deliver private practice sharing, protect and restore planning data, verify Coach Pro access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security and reliability, comply with law, and enforce applicable terms. We do not use PracticePlan information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Apple for Sign in with Apple and App Store subscriptions, Supabase to provide authentication, database, and backend services, and PostHog's United States cloud service for product analytics. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms where applicable. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or asset transfer. We do not sell personal information and do not use PracticePlan information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Data retention and deletion
Local content remains on your device until you delete it, delete the app, or otherwise manage the device data. Account-backed information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Analytics and support records are retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and according to the applicable service settings. You can initiate account deletion in PracticePlan under Settings and Account. Account deletion removes the PracticePlan account and associated cloud backup, team membership, and sharing data, subject to limited records we must retain by law. Local practices remain on the device unless you delete them separately. Account deletion does not automatically remove support correspondence or analytics previously collected. To request access to or deletion of those records, contact us using the address below; we may need to verify the request and may retain information when legally permitted or required.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access and encrypted network connections. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
PracticePlan is designed for coaches and is not directed to children. Coaches should not enter unnecessary personal information about players, especially minors, in practice notes or shared content. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as PracticePlan evolves. We will post the revised policy here and change the Last updated date. When appropriate, we may also provide notice in the app or through another reasonable channel.
